My availability is from Monday to Thursday from 3:30 to 8:30 and Fridays at any time in the morning and in the afternoon. I am currently only offering online lessons.
I have an online teaching experience of four years. I use my own materials and technological resources to enhance the learning process and make it easier and fun for students. This Spanish language program is designed for learners of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers looking to refine their skills. The lessons combine structured language instruction with engaging activities, cultural insights, and practical exercises, aiming to build fluency, confidence, and cultural appreciation. Learners will develop a solid foundation in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, progressing toward conversational fluency and understanding Spanish-speaking cultures

To gain a learner's trust, my teaching approach centers on creating a supportive, adaptive, and empowering learning environment. Here’s how I approach it:
1. Building Rapport Through Active Listening
- Understanding Needs: The first step in building trust is to understand each learner's unique goals, challenges, and learning style. I start by asking questions and genuinely listening, showing learners that their voice matters.
- Encouraging Open Communication: By inviting learners to share their thoughts and questions openly, I help them feel safe and valued, creating a foundation for trust.
2. Personalizing the Learning Experience
- Adapting to Individual Learning Styles: Every learner has a unique approach to understanding and processing information. By tailoring lessons to fit each learner's style—be it visual, auditory, or hands-on—I demonstrate that I’m invested in their success.
- Setting Realistic, Achievable Goals: Breaking down complex concepts into manageable, relatable segments and setting short-term goals helps maintain motivation. When learners experience small successes, their confidence—and trust in the process—grows.
3. Being Transparent and Consistent
- Clear Communication of Expectations: I make sure learners know what they can expect from our sessions and what I expect from them. When they understand my methods and approach, it builds confidence and reduces any fear of the unknown.
- Consistent Support and Feedback: I provide constructive, specific feedback that reinforces progress and highlights areas for growth, helping learners feel supported and informed.
4. Encouraging Ownership and Self-Reflection
- Empowering Learners: Instead of just delivering information, I encourage learners to engage actively—whether through problem-solving, discussion, or teaching back concepts. This builds their self-efficacy and shows that I trust in their ability to grow.
- Promoting Self-Reflection: By helping learners reflect on their progress, identify their strengths, and set new goals, I support them in developing self-awareness and self-trust.
5. Demonstrating Empathy and Patience
- Creating a Judgment-Free Zone: Mistakes and questions are welcomed as part of the learning process. I model patience and empathy, creating an environment where learners know they’re free to experiment and express themselves without fear of judgment.
- Celebrating Effort and Progress: Acknowledging learners' hard work, no matter how small, builds a sense of accomplishment and reinforces a positive learning experience.
By consistently embodying these principles, I aim to create a reliable, respectful, and empowering learning environment where learners feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to explore, grow, and succeed.
